South Lake Elementary School is pleased to provide parents a new opportunity to monitor student academic progress.  Brevard Public Schools has contracted with Jackson Software to bring you secure access to your child’s information over the Internet.  You will need an Activation Code to enter the system where you will then create an account. Please bring photo ID to our Front Office for details.

At South Lake the staff is committed to increasing student achievement. 

To ensure academic success for all students, a highly structured academic learning schedule is in place increasing time for instruction and learning.  Targeting the Sunshine State Standards provides direction for all instruction.  Title I funding furnishes additional materials and extra personnel to assist students,  Above grade level students are offered accelerated reading instruction through cross grade level grouping.  Shared high expectations between students, parents, and teachers assure maximum learning takes place.  After school activity clubs are also available for students to enhance their educational experience.
